Shipping and Return Policy


Due to their delicate nature, health and safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on undies. All underwear are FINAL SALE.

However, if you were shipped the incorrect size or color, we will exchange your box for the correct one. The box must be returned unopened, which means that the circular seal on the top must remain intact. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the fulfillment date.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges if it was our fault. We’ll process your return as a store credit to be used toward the new item(s). The exchange will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our exchange-eligible criteria above. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

While we try our best to offer direct exchange requests, our stock is limited. If we are no longer in stock of the item you wish to exchange, we will issue a refund to the original payment for your product. Returns are not processed the day your item is delivered back to us, it must be sorted, and inspected. Please allow up to 3 days.

Currently we only ship domestically within the USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to International at this time. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a confirmation.
